All of the photos on this site are from my adventures. I've always loved nature - trees, mountains, animals, riding bikes, bush walks, hikes. I haven't always had the ability to do these things though.
With a history of chronic pain and chronic fatigue and a body that wanted to be strong and adventurous but struggled just to get up in the morning, my focus is on maintaining overall health, functionality and enjoyment of life and helping other people to achieve the same, whatever that looks like for them.

Everyone has different goals, interests and dreams. The reality is, we all have our own roadblocks and restrictions as well. Pain gets in the way of doing the things we enjoy, and too often we just accept it and learn to adapt or work around it.
​
Over the last few years, through strength training, physiotherapy, learning about nutrition and seeing a psychologist, I've found myself more capable, stronger, fitter and enjoying life more than ever before!
​
Massage is one of the things I have regularly to help maintain what I have achieved. For me, it is particularly helpful for managing the stress my body holds, improving sleep and reducing tension.
