Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the booking time where possible to allow me to readvertise. Same day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 40%. No-shows due to forgetting your appointment or failing to contact me to cancel will result in a missed appointment fee of 50% to help cover the associated costs. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments. I reserve the right to refuse service.
